"The first morning after marriage 50 years ago, my husband announced, "I always have porridge for breakfast." Panic, I'd never made porridge. He produced a box of Red River Cereal - 50 years later, he is still eating Red River Cereal, only now it is much easier to eat - not lumpy and stiff... Our kids now gone, were given Red River Cereal also. It's certainly a healthy breakfast and a good way to start the day and will continue."
