Small Loaf (1 lb/2 cup machine)

3/4 cup water 175 ml
1 tbsp oil 15 ml
1 cup ROBIN HOOD Best For Bread Homestyle White Flour 250 ml
3/4 cup ROBIN HOOD Best For Bread Whole Wheat Flour 175 ml
1/3 cups Red River Cereal 75 ml
1 tsp salt 5 ml
1 tbsp brown sugar 15 ml
1 tsp ROBIN HOOD/SAF Perfect Rise Gourmet Yeast 5 ml


Large Loaf (1 lb/3 cup or 2 lb/4 cup machine)

1 1/3 cups water 325 ml
2 tbsp oil 30 ml
1 1/2 cups ROBIN HOOD Best For Bread Homestyle White Flour 375 ml
1 1/3 cups ROBIN HOOD Best For Bread Whole Wheat Flour 325 ml
1/2 cup Red River Cereal 125 ml
1 1/4 tsp salt 7 ml
2 tbsp brown sugar 30 ml
1 1/4 tsp ROBIN HOOD/SAF Perfect Rise Gourmet Yeast 7 ml


1. SELECT loaf size.
2. ADD ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions.
3. SELECT Whole Wheat, Rapid or Regular cycle.

MAKES 1 loaf.
